TRUE, QUALITY PHONE SEX SERVICE
Our phone sex operators deal with their customers from the first point of contact - be it in an email, a chat room, instant message, other advertisement/promotion or a cold call (which is generated from website traffic or paid ads, but not from trolling online).
We feel that our contractors greatly enhance the service aspect of phone sex and represent the *true* service aspect of the industry extremely well. Our customers call the person they wish to talk to directly. Our contractors sometimes get emails and instant messages from people wishing to discuss their fantasies before placing paid calls to us. We really enjoy being able to provide an individualized, extra personal touch - which helps us continue to stand out above the rest in providing exceptional service for satisfaction and success - with operators and customers alike.
When comparisons are done, most people in dispatch have to talk three, four or more times as long to make the same amount of money they would make with our company for actual talk time with our higher payout rate. The operators do not get paid for time they spend chatting online, but they usually more than make up for it when they get paid the higher rate for their calls. With us, all calls require a minimum charge of 10 minutes, so our contractors are paid for at least 10 minutes per call, even if the customer hangs up after only 3 minutes. We also do not measure or have hold time requirements and such because, again, we offer a high quality service - with service being the key word here.
All operators are expected to be available for a minimum of 25 hours per week. This does not mean 25 hours of sitting around and doing nothing while you wait for your line to ring. Everyone is required to put in their time working online actively chatting and finding alternate ways they can promote themsleves and each other.
Everyone wants to make a buck. Operators have the option to choose to build up their home-based businesses with a company that pays 15 cents per minute (dispatch) or a trolling company that pays a lot more per minute (us).
We feel it to be quite apparent as to who's taking advantage of whom - and we know you do, too. That's why you're here! Considering that as well as the fact that we do pay to promote and advertise for our contractors, it is not unreasonable for the company to expect all phone operators to put in a good effort to market themselves for the minimum 25 hours per week.

With self-promotion there comes a responsibility to represent the company in a positive manner. It is important to maintain a certain level of professionalism and decorum at all times and to be cordial to both customers and colleagues in the industry.
