OPERATOR JOB PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
Per the independent contractor agreement, phone sex operators must be available for a minimum of 25 hours per week, and this is non-negotiable. This does not mean 25 hours of sitting around and doing nothing while you wait for your line to ring. Everyone is required to work online trolling (actively chatting in chat rooms) and finding alternate ways they can promote themselves and each other.
We require online chat activity in both AOL and Yahoo chat rooms. Although the company does provide some continuous advertising and marketing of the sites, the girls also advertise and market themselves and each other as well by chatting online. We require contractors to maintain a minimum average of at least 100 minutes of billable talk time per week after the first month in order to remain in good standing with the company.
When a contractor is not going to be available to answer calls, the line must be forwarded to one of the associates in the company who is working. We do have quality assurance checks and monitor lines and the availability of our contractors.
If a coworker forwards her calls to you, never pretend to be her. If a customer asks for another girl, let the person know that she has her calls forwarded to you and then ask them if they would like to do the call with you. It is also considerate to tell callers when the girl is expected back (if you know), especially if they decline the call with you.
We encourage a friendly, teamwork-oriented enviornment in which we reward team participation with a higher pay rate for all collaborative phone services provided.
IMPORTANT NO-NO'S
Don't be dishonest and don't be stupid. For the safety and security of our phone sex operators, meeting clients is forbidden. Do not give customers your real full name, personal telephone number or address, and never accept a client payment that is not authorized through the company. Be advised also that allowing incoming personal calls on company toll free lines is grounds for immediate termination.
MOTHERS DOING PHONE SEX
If a phone sex operator has children she should of course be sure to protect them and prevent them from hearing or viewing sexually explicit content. Many adults who do have children also use adult toys and/or privately view pornographic videos or erotic literature. Sexuality does not just disappear when one has kids. Whether its phone sex or any other kind of sexual act, parents have a responsibility to ensure that sexually explicit materials are kept away from their children.
Phone sex operators with children must be discreet.
Work only when your children are:
* asleep in another room and unable to hear or see anything
* in a different location of the home where they cannot hear or see you
* out of the home
The belief that a woman cannot be a good mother and be a professional phone sex operator at the same time is a crazy notion. Many women including mothers have phone sex all the time. More women every day are realizing that potential income opportunites available to them in the phone sex industry are lucrative and allow them to have the greatest flexibility while maintaining their families and busy schedules. Women who reap the benefits of getting paid for their hard work and talents should be commended and not condemned.
